In the context of the project ‘Incontri illuminanti con l’Arte contemporanea 2022-23 Luci d’Artista’, the Education Department proposes a training activity for teachers of all levels who wish to study in depth the aspects of verbal and visual language that contribute to the construction of a slogan.
Two dates are planned: on 28 February, from 4 to 6 pm, at the Fondazione Merz, comprising an in-depth theoretical meeting on the relationship between word and image in the work of Mario Merz and Alfredo Jaar; on 7 March, from 3 to 6 pm, at the Archivio Tipografico di Torino, in the form of a practical workshop on how to create a slogan using the traditional technique of movable type.
